Our ice cream scrapers are carefully selected and tested to provide smooth rolling while not scraping stainless steel into your ice cream rolls. Using scrapers made of the wrong material can shave and gouge the metal pan as you roll. These scrapers are compatible with all pans made of (annealed) stainless steel 304, the most common material used for NSF approved pans. For pans manufactured elsewhere and made of other materials, we cannot guarantee compatibility. Contact us for help or questions.
