Arctic Griddle LLC is owned and operated by Dr. Dave Mellick. His custom electronic design work with Custom Circuit Solutions LLC, and his dedicated ice cream roll machine information site https://rolledicecreammachines.com, lead him to develop the far superior line of Arctic Griddle fried ice cream machines. 

Dr. Mellick's background is in advanced electronics and fiber-optic interferometry. He gained his experience and certifications in refrigeration systems while helping to repair failed rolled ice cream pans from all around the world. Dr. Mellick now brings his scientific and engineering passions to developing the most advanced cold plates possible. His current research also focuses on efficiency gains with the rolling process in order to minimize your customers wait times while maximizing your profits.
